My patience was rewarded; after many early mornings, Today was The day our baby Blue tits left their home. 
Tiny but essential in a UK Garden, the Wren. Finally Gerard made a home for one of my favourite, smallest but also loudest birds in our garden. Our Wren box, like all our bird boxes, can easily be hung on every wall or tree/shrub. It can be cleaned, by taken one of the sides off. Our Slate & Nature Beauty Contest is over! The 2016 Beauty Queen arrives into this world and she is soooo cute. I watched her and her 5 Blue tit siblings arriving onto our river side terrace this weekend. The first new borns from this bird box, but from our other Blue tit box, we already had the 8th generation.
