We won’t be attending Ely Cathedral XM fair this year
The Ely Cathedral Christmas fair starts today but unfortunately, we won’t be able to attend this year. Wishing all our customers, friends, staff at Ely Cathedral and other stall holders a lovely event. Our Slate and Nature studio in West Woodburn is Open.

Gold finches on our Slate Window feeder
I have seen them in our garden but this is the first year the Gold finches have found the Slate Window feeder and now they have found it, they are here all day – they are such beautiful birds and it is so lovely to watch them.

Open
Our Slate and Nature studio is Open again. We only allow one customer/one family at the same time in our studio and hand sanitising is available to make your visit safe. After your visit the studio will be cleaned to welcome the next visitors safely.
We are open most days/hours but if you come from far, please give us a ring in advance – 01434 270331 (or e-mail: info@slateandnature.com). We are looking forward seeing you again, Jeanette and Gerard.
Slate and Nature’s Christmas Fairs 2019
Our Christmas events for this year are:
Sunday 27th October, Slaley Christmas Fair – Commemoration Hall Slaley, 11-4pm
23/24th November, 30th November/1st December and 7th/8th December Slate and Nature’s Christmas Open Days – West Woodburn
14th December, Hexham Christmas Fair – Hexham Abbey, 1st floor.
When we are in Ely & Hexham, although somebody will be at home, our studio will be closed because most of our products will be at the events.
Slate and Nature’s 2018 Christmas Open Days
Please come and join us for a Chocolate treat on our Christmas Open Days. Friday, Saturday & Sunday 23, 24 & 25th of November and Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd of December from 11am – 5pm. Other days you are also welcome, but please give us a ring (01434 270331) in advance. Looking forward seeing you.
