This is Northumberland

best

This morning we met with David, Ella & Laura, founders of the amazing magazine ‘This is Northumberland’. A point of reference for future discovery, This is Northumberland is beautifully printed on 140gsm paper in a carbon-neutral printing house. I am going to enjoy reading this wonderful magazine and copies are now for sale at our studio (or of course at their website).

A gravestone for a dear friend

Ed's grave2
Gerard was very honored when he was asked to make a gravestone for our dear friend Ed, who sadly passed away last year. He was always there giving Gerard a hand with the building of our S&N studio, a support from the first hour. He is sadly missed. The stone is from our local quarry – Blaxter – and the memorial plaque is hand engraved in reclaimed slate.
